2020 Liberty Flames Football - FAQ

Can I order Football season tickets after the priority deadline?
Yes, you can still order season tickets after the priority deadline. You will be seated by your order date if you ordered after June 1.

What will happen if COVID-19 affects all or part of the football season?
As of today, we are planning to have the entire football season as scheduled.  In the unlikely event that the season is canceled, postponed, or shortened, your purchase of season tickets can either be donated to the Flames Club or you will be partially or fully refunded, as appropriate.

Is my Flames Club donation refundable?
Flames Club donations are non-refundable. In addition to supporting the mission of Training Champions for Christ in all sports, Flames Club donations carry benefits across all sports and have tax implications that cannot be modified after being receipted. 


Will COVID-19 affect the game day experience at Williams Stadium?
We are committed to making sure that you have a safe and enjoyable game day experience. We will be complying with all government requirements for large events and will be communicating any precautions or safety options later this summer. We have already had many meetings with our campus staff, food service provider, security, and many others to plan effectively to protect you, our fans.


How will I select my seats for the season?
If you purchased tickets in the East Reserved Benchback or West Reserved Bleacher section, you will fill out seating preferences and will be seated by order date and time. If you purchase in any of the Flames Club Priority sections, then you will be placed in the Flames Club Priority Seating Process. More information will be out soon regarding the dates of that process. Once the dates are determined, you will be emailed a selection time and you will have the option to either select your seats online, give our staff a call to select them, or we will select them based on the preferences that you put on your order. Following those who purchased June 1, all season tickets will be prioritized by the date and time of purchase.

When will the Flames Club conduct Director's Day and the Seat Selection Process?
Once the Athletics Department can establish an appropriate plan for capacity in Williams Stadium, Director's Day and the seat selection process will be rescheduled. We will contact all season ticket holders when new dates are determined.

Can I still send in a check to pay for my season tickets or Flames Club donation?
Yes, you can make your check payable to Liberty Athletics. You can send your check to:

How can I purchase away game tickets?
At this moment we have suspended all away game sales. For those who have already purchased, all seating will be based on your Flames Club Priority ranking. Non-Flames Club members who order tickets will be sat based on order date and time. Your $1 reservation locked you into a ticket in Liberty's section. Once we have information regarding our allotment of tickets, you will be automatically charged the balance between your $1 payment and the price of the ticket. The price of the ticket is listed in the event description. If the away game is canceled, the opponent is changed, or there are not enough tickets available, you will receive a full refund of your ticket or reservation.

When will I receive my football season tickets?
Season tickets are typically delivered in mid to late August. 

At what age are you required to have a ticket?
Everyone ages 3 and up are required to have a ticket. All kids age 3-12 can join the Kid's Club which gives free admission for all home regular season Football, Women's Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, and select Men's Basketball games.

What are the parking options on game day?
Flames Club members at the Eagle Level ($120) and higher are qualified for preferred parking with the purchase of a season ticket. Lots are prioritized based on membership level and Loyalty Points. Paid parking is available for all fans in the Doc's Diner Lot, and will go on sale July 1 for Fall Family Weekend and Homecoming Guests. Doc's Diner parking for all other games will go on sale when single-game tickets go on sale. Click here for a map displaying parking lots and road closures.

When do the parking lots open and when will the roads close on game day?
Parking lots will open on game day at 8 a.m. Road closure will begin 3 hours before game time. Click here for a parking map that shows lot options and road closures.

When will gates open for the game?
Gates will open 90 minutes before game time, however, Flames Fan Fest at the Indoor Practice Facility will open 2.5 hours before game time. You will need a game ticket to be admitted to Flames Fan Fest.
